Loki

Todavia sigo jugando con los rotuladores copiic, ahora con colores, experimentando con ellos y descubriendo sus posibilidades.
Este fue el resultado del otro día, el dios Loki de los comics de Thor.

I'm still playind with the copiic markers, now with colors, trying out them and finding their posibilities.
This was the effect the other day, a Loki god from Thor's comics.

Stuff

I began this illustration in the beginning of the summer pencils and watercolors for the background but with Ilustrarte and Linea 1 workshop I left the piece unfinished until the past weekend I saw it and finished it with the main watercolors and the ink.

Comencé esta ilustración al comienzo del verano con los lápices y el fondo en acuarela pero con los talleres de Ilustrarte y Linea 1 la dejé inacabada hasta el pasado fin de semana que la vi y la terminé con la tinta y las acuarelas.

Hellboy Version 2.0

The last day at Linea 1 I did up the Hellboy digital ilustration, changing colors and creating more volume. This was the effect.

Another one drawing with indian ink. I used crow, brush, markers and technical pens.
I finished the piece with grey scale markers but now I think it was a wrong choice.

Otro dibujo con tinta china. Use plumilla, pincel, rotuladores, rotuladores técnicos.
Acabé la pieza con los rotuladores de escala grises pero ahora creo que fue una elección equivocada.

An indian ink work I did last year for class. Each panel has a diferent method with the ink.

Playing with grey scale markers

A week ago I bought a set of grey scale markers to improve my skills at home for a summer workshop exercise. And now I'm hooked and getting a lot of fun playing with them. Can this be considered an addiction? At least is a good one.

Hace una semana compré un juego de rotuladores en escala de grises para practicar en casa para un ejercicio en el taller de verano. Y ahora estoy enganchado y pasándomelo muy bien con ellos. ¿Se considera a esto una adicción? Al menos es una buena.

Esta página de comic es en lo que estoy trabajando en este momento. Aquí podeís ver los lápices, aún falta ser entintada y necesito poner más viñetas.

In this moment I'm working in this comic-book page. You can see the pencils , but it's sort of inking and I need to place more panels.

He descubierto hace poco lo que me gusta hacer retratos en blanco y negro con rotuladores técnicos y el pincel pentel.

Este es uno que le hice a un amigo mío, aunque según él le he sacado un pelo enfadado.

I just discover I like drawing black and White portraits with rapidographics and the pentel brush.

This one I did it for a friend, but he says that I have drawn him a bit angry.
